Because our products are digital goods, our refund policy differs from physical retail. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

1. Overview
All products on shop.thodigitals.com are digital goods — Google Workspace add-ons, AI tools, web apps, and Google Sheets templates. We offer a 7-day refund window for all paid products, with the conditions below.
If you have any pre-purchase questions, please reach out to support@thodigitals.com before buying.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date for any of the following reasons:
- Download or license not delivered: You completed payment but did not receive your download link or license key within 24 hours.
- Defective product: The add-on or file does not work as advertised, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your support request.
- Substantially different from description: What you received is materially different from what the product page described.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
- Change of mind: Within 7 days, no questions asked, provided you have not abused the product (e.g., not after using up your full first-month quota of alerts).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requested more than 7 days after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product (we are happy to exchange for equal or lesser value — contact us).
- You lack the prerequisites to use the product (e.g., no Google Workspace account, no permission to install add-ons in your organization).
- The product is performing as described, but does not match your specific personal expectations beyond the description.
- Significant usage of the product before requesting refund (e.g., sending thousands of alerts, then requesting a refund).
- License keys that have been shared publicly or transferred more than the allowed number of times.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@thodigitals.com with:
- Your order ID (in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email used at checkout
- The reason for the request
- Any relevant screenshots or details
If your purchase was via Lemon Squeezy, you may also request the refund directly from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal within the 7-day window.
5. Processing Times
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
- Lemon Squeezy (card payments): Refunds appear in your statement within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. License Revocation After Refund
Upon refund, your add-on Pro license is revoked. The add-on will revert to its Free tier on next license validation. You may not continue to use Pro features after refund.
7. Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first — we resolve nearly all disputes within 48 hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate license revocation and may forfeit your right to future support.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. If applicable law grants you a longer or more generous refund right, that right applies.
