1. Acceptance of Terms

By using thodigitals.com, shop.thodigitals.com, or installing any of our Google Workspace add-ons (including but not limited to THO Alerts, WebhookFlow, THO Git Sync), you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.

2. Products and Services

Google Workspace Add-ons — Software add-ons that extend Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail. Delivered via a license key and activated inside the add-on UI.
AI tools & Web Apps — Standalone tools that plug into your Google workflow.
Google Sheets templates & planners — Pre-built spreadsheet files for productivity.

All products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

3. Pricing & Payments

Lifetime license model: Most of our add-ons are sold as a one-time payment granting lifetime access and updates. No recurring subscription. The product page is authoritative for pricing.
Currency & tax: Prices on shop.thodigitals.com are listed in USD. Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) handles VAT and applicable sales tax for international card payments.

4. License Grant — Add-ons

Per-Google-account license: An add-on Pro license is tied to a single Google account email. When you activate the key, the add-on stores it locally inside that Google account.
Unlimited spreadsheets: One license works across all spreadsheets accessible to that Google account.
One license transfer included: If you change Google accounts (e.g., from personal Gmail to Workspace), email support@thodigitals.com to initiate a one-time transfer.
Non-transferable to third parties: You may not sell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
Revocation: We may revoke a license if it is shared publicly, used to abuse Google's API quotas in violation of Google's Terms, or used to harm third parties.

5. License Grant — Templates & Files

Personal and commercial use of templates is permitted in your own projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files on file-sharing platforms.
Each purchase is a single-user license.

6. Lifetime Access — What It Means

"Lifetime" means for as long as we maintain and operate the product. We commit to supporting each add-on as long as commercially reasonable and the underlying Google APIs remain available. In the unlikely event we discontinue a product, we will give existing customers at least 90 days' notice and, where feasible, provide an alternative or a pro-rated refund.

7. Google API Quotas & Limitations

Our add-ons operate inside your Google account via Google Apps Script and are bound by Google's per-account quotas, which we cannot lift. These include:

Email sending: 100 emails/day for Gmail; 1,500/day for Google Workspace accounts.
UrlFetch (webhook calls): 20,000/day Gmail; 100,000/day Workspace.
Trigger runtime: 90 min/day Gmail; 6 hr/day Workspace.

Our advertised quotas (e.g., "50,000 webhook alerts/month") refer to channels that fit within Google's UrlFetch quota. Email quotas are subject to Google's per-account daily limits, which we disclose at point of sale. See Apps Script quotas.

8. Prohibited Uses

Resell, redistribute, or share our digital products with third parties.
Upload our files or add-on code to file-sharing platforms.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our license validation logic.
Use our add-ons to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to anyone.
Use our add-ons to violate Google's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
Use our add-ons to process data of users in ways those users have not consented to.
Claim ownership of our products as your own original work.

9. Intellectual Property

All products, source code, designs, copy, and content on thodigitals.com remain the property of ThoDigitals. A purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use, not a transfer of intellectual property rights.

10. Downloads, Activation, and Access

After payment, you receive: (a) a download link or license key by email within 5 minutes; (b) the same available in your account dashboard. You can re-issue download links from your dashboard while your account is active.

11. User-Generated Webhooks & Recipients

You are responsible for the webhook URLs and email recipients you configure in our add-ons. You confirm you have the right to send notifications to those endpoints and recipients.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for high reliability, alerts may be delayed or missed due to factors outside our control (Google API outages, your webhook endpoint being down, Google quota limits, your spreadsheet's structure, etc.). Do not rely on our add-ons as the sole notification mechanism for life-safety, legal-deadline, or critical financial events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ThoDigitals harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), additional terms set by Lemon Squeezy may apply for the payment transaction itself. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or revoke your add-on license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set forth in our Refund Policy.
